Refund policy


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All items are shipped with insurance. If an item is delivered broken, please take photos of damage, including the box that the item was shipped in, so that we can make a claim.

All products have their dimensions listed. Refunds will not be issued if you are unsatisfied with the size of your product.

Timeliness of Shipping
Laura Rogers Ceramics is not responsible for the timeliness of the shipping once it has left the studio for shipping. Refunds will not be offered if you are unsatisfied with the shipping company's ship-times.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
